Smoked Lamb Shoulder Roast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp mint
1 Lamb Shoulder Roast
Remove shoulder roast from packaging and thaw out (in or out of the fridge).
Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees (can use any type of grill, but time taken to get to 350 degrees will vary)
While grill is warming up, combine all seasoning ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
Place Lamb Shoulder Roast onto a pan and sprinkle mixed seasoning over the top.
Once grill reaches 350 degrees, place seasoned shoulder roast on the grill.
Check the internal temperature of the shoulder roast until it reaches 180 degrees.
Once at 180 degrees internally, remove from grill.
Cut shoulder roast how you please and enjoy!
