Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Tender chicken breasts smothered in rich garlic cream sauce — ideal for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt, pepper, paprika

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan
  3. Add chicken breasts to pan and cook for 5-6 min per side until golden.
  4. Remove chicken from the pan, add garlic to pan, sauté 1 min.
  5. Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to pan, coat with sauce, simmer 5 min.
  7. Serve warm.

Tips & Variations: Add spinach for greens; serve over pasta or rice.
