At Fat Mountain Farms, our Sheep live on grass all year round. With 24-hour rotations in the Spring & Summer months, our Sheep are always consuming the most nutrient dense grass, while fertilizing the land along the way. Giving the land around 8 weeks of rest before they graze on it again, allows the land to fully regenerate, providing them with greater protein, vitamins, and minerals. Explore our wide variety of Lamb cuts. After being aged and expertly butchered, our items are individually cut, vacuumed sealed, and frozen.
