Grilled these sausages with FMF chicken thighs, along with assorted veggies. Sausage has hints of seasoning but not to the point of overpowering what you want to use it with, whether next to kraut or veggies, next to eggs, kwith pasta, etc. Would also be great on a crusty roll with grilled onions and peppers. Great sausage!
