I get tired of beef. Lamb burgers are our new favorite. And who doesn’t like shepherd pie. Sooo good! And it comes from up the road, not down under, thousands of miles away
I slow cooked this with some onions and beef broth and it was delicious. Next time I will buy more.
I made some vegetable beef soup with this and it was SO TENDER. Most of the time when you buy stew meat from the store it's like leather. This was AWESOME and I will be ordering it again for any recipe that calls for stew meat.
We had this for Thanksgiving as neither of us is a fan of turkey. It was tender and DELICIOUS.

Beautiful cuts of meaty chicken took me back to how chicken used to taste before mass production took over. Marinated and grilled with veggies, one thigh was more filling than I’ve ever felt from other grilled chicken and idk how that can be. Both my husband and I noticed it. Plump, juicy and flavorful! Look forward to smoking a few cuts next time.
Grilled these sausages with FMF chicken thighs, along with assorted veggies. Sausage has hints of seasoning but not to the point of overpowering what you want to use it with, whether next to kraut or veggies, next to eggs, kwith pasta, etc. Would also be great on a crusty roll with grilled onions and peppers. Great sausage!
When we were told this might be the best lamb ever, it is to us! All-around flavor profile is well-balanced, texture is tender. lamb and seasonings shine.

I love the boneless thighs coated with EVOO ,fresh garlic and a little onion powder. Top with some local honey and air fry….Now that’s some good eatin son !
